Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation—either in person at our workshop, at your home, or over the phone. We discuss your project, your needs, your style preferences, and your budget. This helps us understand the scope of work and determine if we're the right fit for each other.
Site Visit & Measurements
For furniture that needs to fit a specific space, we visit your home to take precise measurements and assess any challenges. We also photograph the space to help with design development. This ensures your new piece fits perfectly.
Design Development
Based on our consultation, we create detailed drawings and specifications for your approval. We consider proportions, joinery methods, wood species, and finish options. We revise until the design matches your vision exactly.
Proposal & Agreement
We provide a comprehensive quote including all materials, labor, and timeline. Once you approve the design and price, we require a 50% deposit to secure your project in our production schedule and order materials.
Fabrication
The real magic happens in our workshop. We select the finest lumber, mill it to size, and begin construction. Throughout the process, we keep you updated with progress photos so you can see your piece taking shape.
Finishing
After the piece is constructed, we sand through progressively finer grits and apply your chosen finish. Whether you prefer a natural oil, lacquer, or paint, we apply multiple coats for durability and beauty.
Delivery & Installation
We carefully transport your piece and install it in your home. For built-in projects, we ensure perfect alignment with existing features. We do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Follow-Up
After delivery, we check in to ensure you're completely satisfied. If any issues arise, we address them promptly. We want you to enjoy your handcrafted piece for generations.

Project duration varies based on complexity and our current workload:
- Small pieces (side tables, nightstands): 4-6 weeks
- Medium pieces (dining tables, desks): 6-10 weeks
- Large pieces (bedroom suites): 10-14 weeks
- Full kitchen cabinets: 12-16 weeks

Our Wood Selection
We source premium hardwoods from sustainable American mills.
Walnut
